Laser Dust Particle Counter
Product model: HM-CL2
Product model: HM-CL2
The laser particle counter's confidence level measurement and calibration standards comply with the national standard GB/T6167-2007 and the calibration specification JJF1190-2008, automatically determining the cleanroom level. A single sampling measurement simultaneously measures the number of dust particles in six particle size channels and displays the particle counts and their changes.
It meets the testing needs of the pharmaceutical industry (pharmaceutical factories, drug testing institutes, hospitals, etc.); the electronics industry (semiconductor factories, precision machinery production and processing, etc.); the food hygiene industry (finishing of dairy products, plastic-sealed meat products, seasonings, agricultural products, etc.); filter manufacturers (to test filter quality and efficiency); and cleanrooms (areas) required for fine processing and precision testing in optical and aerospace fields.
National Standard: GB/T6167-2007 Particle Counter Performance Test Method
Cleanliness Level Determination Standard: ISO14644 FS209E, New GMP (Dynamic/Static)
Calibration Specification: JJF-1190-2008
1. Android 7.1 operating system, offering an enhanced user experience.
2. Built-in temperature, humidity, and ambient pressure sensors.
3. The core light scattering sensor significantly eliminates stray light from the cavity, significantly improving the signal-to-noise ratio. This ensures more accurate and reliable measurements.
4. Counting results can be converted to m³ and ft³ using a 95% confidence level (UCL).
5. Automatically determines the cleanliness level based on cleanliness level classifications and regulations, ensuring ease of use.
6. Audit trail functionality allows for querying, traceability, and control, complying with FDA 21CFR Part 11 regulations.
7. Supports Wi-Fi transmission for wireless data upload and USB flash drive data copying, eliminating the need for plugging and unplugging drivers. 8. Equipped with a monitoring platform, test results can be wirelessly transmitted directly to the platform for long-term and short-term cleanliness analysis and management assistance.
9. A built-in, next-generation high-speed thermal printer allows for flexible printing of results by selecting the particle size channel required.
10. Dual AC and DC operation, with a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, the device is environmentally friendly and durable, capable of supporting continuous sampling for over 6 hours.
11. A convenient, retractable pan/tilt stand makes installation and sampling operations even more convenient.
