Its working principle is based on the latest national standards "WS 10013-2023 Hygiene Specification for Centralized Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems in Public Places" and "GB 37488-2019 Hygiene Indicators and Limit Requirements for Public Places", and quantitative sampling of the inner surface of the pipeline is achieved through mechanical automation.

The equipment adopts a dual sampler design, equipped with a closed airflow return duct, and manufactured using photopolymerization 3D printing technology to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the sampling area. During the sampling process, the robot transmits real-time images of the interior of the pipeline through front and rear 150 degree wide-angle cameras, and the operator can remotely monitor the entire sampling process through the control terminal.

2. Technical features

This portable quantitative sampling robot has multiple technological innovations. Firstly, its compact design (310mm × 160mm × 100mm) allows it to operate inside rectangular iron ducts with a minimum size of 100 × 160mm. Secondly, the device provides two sampling methods: scraping and wiping, with a sampling error of less than 5% and a sampling deviation of less than 3%, far superior to traditional manual sampling accuracy.

In terms of power system, the robot adopts a 4000mAh dedicated power lithium battery, with a charging time of no more than 4 hours, and can run continuously for 5-6 hours, meeting the needs of long-term operations. In terms of obstacle crossing ability, the equipment can cross obstacles with a height of ≥ 7cm, climb slopes with an angle of ≥ 48 degrees, and adapt to various complex pipeline environments.

At least 95% of the material used in the entire machine is aviation aluminum alloy, which has undergone oxidation sandblasting treatment and thickening of the passivation film on the surface, significantly increasing the surface hardness. The body walking module is integrally formed, with a total weight not exceeding 4KG, ensuring both structural strength and portability of the equipment.
