Portable trace sulfur analyzer with high integrated circuit, fast analysis speed, and flexible maneuverability, especially suitable for on-site analysis and emergency detection of environmental pollution accidents. It can analyze trace amounts of sulfides up to ppb level in third-party environmental air, petrochemical natural gas and other fields. Small size, light weight, and easy to carry.
Firstly, collect the sample gas to be tested and enter the portable gas chromatograph. The sample gas is quantified by a high inertia quantitative ring and then enters the chromatographic column for separation through valve switching. Components such as hydrogen sulfide and carbonyl sulfide reach the flame photometric detector in sequence
(FPD) detection, measuring the concentrations of each component separately. Finally, the accurate values are calculated by the built-in processor.

4. Passivation treatment of pipeline components, using zero distance joints to reduce residue and lower sulfide adsorption
5. Built in solid-state hydrogen and nitrogen storage, capable of continuous operation for 15 hours, safe and stable
6. FPD has automatic ignition function, automatic diagnosis of working status and electrical parameters
7. Instrument calibration data can be queried and uploaded to a computer through the RS-232 standard serial communication port
8. Built in large capacity lithium battery, with long battery life, long service life, and fast charging speed
9. Equipped with a standard micro printer for easy printing of data results
