Quantitative sampling robot is a high-precision, portable intelligent device designed specifically for internal sampling of centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places. This product is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the relevant standards of "WS 10013-2023 Hygiene Specification for Centralized Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems in Public Places", "WS/T 10004-2023 Hygiene Evaluation Specification for Centralized Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems in Public Places", and "GB 37488-2019 Hygiene Indicators and Limit Requirements for Public Places", ensuring its stability and reliability in various industrial environments. It adopts advanced aviation aluminum alloy materials, combined with efficient mobility and excellent sampling technology, which can meet the needs of ventilation duct inspection and maintenance work in various industries.
Compliance: Fully comply with the requirements for quantitative sampling robots for central air conditioning in WS 10013-2023, WS/T 10004-2023, and GB 37488-2019.
Compact design: The dimensions are 310mm x 160mm x 100mm in length, width, and height, and can be sampled inside rectangular iron ducts with a minimum size of 100 x 160mm.
Accurate sampling: Two sampling methods are provided: scraping and wiping. The sampling area of the sampler is 50 square centimeters. The closed dual sampler is equipped with an airflow return duct and manufactured using photopolymerization 3D printing technology to ensure the effectiveness of the sampling area. The installation of cloth strips and scraper clamps with patented design is convenient and fast, which can minimize secondary pollution during on-site operation and achieve aseptic operation. The sampling error is less than 5%, and the sampling deviation is less than 3%.
Full field of view: The front camera has a pitch angle of 200 degrees, and both the front and rear are equipped with 150 degree wide-angle fixed focus cameras, providing a seamless field of view.
Flexible control: Supports both wireless and wired control modes, with wired control distance ≥ 50 meters and wireless control without distance restrictions. Video capture, photography, and robot control are all completed by the terminal.
Powerful obstacle crossing ability: The obstacle crossing height is ≥ 7cm, the climbing angle is ≥ 48 degrees, and the working weight of the whole machine including the battery is only 4.0KG.
Fully automatic sampling: The software control has added a fully automatic one click sampling function for "dust collection sampling" and "microbial sampling", which can complete all sampling actions without manual intervention.
Durable Material: The entire machine is made of aviation aluminum alloy, with no less than 95% of the material used. The surface is treated with oxidation sandblasting and thickened with a passivation film to increase surface hardness. The walking module of the body is integrally formed, with a total weight not exceeding 4KG.
Multi platform compatibility: Supports control operations on Android and HarmonyOS smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Efficient battery life: Equipped with a 4000mAh power battery, the charging time is ≤ 4 hours, and it can run continuously for about 5-6 hours after a single charge.
