The bioaerosol detector can be used for rapid sampling and detection at the site of biological emergency incidents; It can also be widely used for sampling and testing airborne microorganisms in environments such as disease prevention and control, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, fermentation industry, food industry, biological cleanliness, and public places. It can also be used for sampling and testing airborne microorganisms in relevant teaching, scientific research, and other institutions.

The bioaerosol detector is based on the principle of firefly luminescence, using the "luciferase luciferin system" to quickly detect adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in living microorganisms. The ATP content is relatively constant, and the ATP content in the sample can be determined by detecting the luminescence value. Firstly, the microorganisms in the air are enriched in distilled water through a high flow air sampling module, and then a quantitative enzyme solution is added to the liquid. After sufficient reaction, the relative luminescence is tested by the rapid fluorescence detection module, and the corresponding microbial content can be calculated based on the luminescence intensity.
