The HM-ZHS is an online near-infrared moisture analyzer designed for real-time, non-contact, and non-destructive moisture measurement on industrial production lines. Utilizing the near-infrared absorption spectroscopy principle — where water molecules absorb infrared light at 1.45 μm and 1.94 μm wavelengths — the instrument converts optical signals into moisture percentage readings through photoelectric sensors and spectral data processing. It is suitable for continuous monitoring of moisture content in bulk materials on conveyor belts and process lines.

The system runs on an Android 10 operating system with a 7-inch 1024 × 600 touchscreen, providing intuitive operation and data visualization. With dual detectors, 7 spectral bands, and 14 optical paths, the HM-ZHS delivers stable and accurate measurements even under varying surface conditions.
