The HM-CD2 intelligent environmental radon measuring instrument is an electrostatic collection semiconductor sensor alpha spectroscopy radon measuring instrument. By pumping the measured gas (air) into the electrostatic collection chamber, the first generation decay product RaA (218Po) of 222Rn is adsorbed onto the surface (cathode) of the semiconductor alpha ray sensor through a high-voltage electric field. Through energy spectrum analysis, the alpha particle count rate of RaA is measured, and the volume activity of 222Rn is quantitatively measured.
The energy spectrum measurement of alpha particles with a short half-life of 222Rn (218Po half-life of 3 minutes) may effectively solve the interference of thorium gas in soil radon measurement. At the same time, due to the short half-life of the measured daughter, the detector can recover to a low background state in a relatively short time when measuring high activity (such as soil radon).
Equipped with a built-in climate sensor, it can accurately measure the gas temperature, temperature, and atmospheric pressure inside the electrostatic chamber, used to indicate the status of the dryer, correct gas volume, and adjust temperature adsorption rate.

The HM-CD2 intelligent environmental radon measuring instrument adopts an intelligent touch platform based on ARM processor and Android 4.4 system to complete data acquisition, processing, display and printing, which makes the PRn700 series intelligent environmental radon measuring instrument have multiple intuitive and friendly human-computer interaction modes such as image, sound, wired/wireless network, touch sensing, etc.
The computer platform based on ARM processor and Android 4.4 operating system has powerful data processing capabilities, WIFI、 Rich data connection modes such as Bluetooth, USB (HOST DEVICE mode), RJ45, RS232, etc., supporting users to update software. The software design of intelligent backlight, automatic shutdown without tasks, and key operation confirmation conforms to the mainstream operation mode of intelligent touch devices. The product is easy to operate, and users can correctly operate the device after a short period of simple exploration. Handheld Bluetooth printer, self-adhesive report label. One click printing, tear and stick to complete data saving. The host can provide charging services for the printer, avoiding the embarrassment of having nowhere to charge the printer in the field!
